Absolutely terrible service

Absolutely terrible service! The threshold strips were the wrong colour, they are all lose, some are 10mm short of the frame leaving sharp corners. The carpet has threads around all the skirts, coming away from the floor, lasted about 3 months before looked 10 years old. There is a hollow in the floor which you feel directly in the middle of hallway. My partner has rang over 10 times, always promised a call back because they are 'too busy'. Both me and my partner have been in person twice to be told the same. Absolutely disgraceful service start to finish.
